yes there is petroleum engineering  diploma course in pandit deendayal petroleum university , gandhinagar there are 24 seats in the college for these course .

It would be slightly tough for you to get into ICT. Since it was closed at 731 last year, and seeing the current scenario I think, it would close much earlier this time. But you have chances of securing admission in Petroleum and other branches at PDPU.
