If you belong to reserved category (ST/SC) then you can easily get in svnit.
But if you belong to general category then you have decent chance to get admission in svnit.
Then too... don't worry, just go for it.

VIT is really good in case of infrastructure. Placement wise is also improving. If you get CSE or ECE in all three then i would suggest you to take up an NIT. If you are very branch specific and you are getting your favourite branch in VIT but not

Allotment of seats in SVNIT Surat take place only through JoSAA Counselling. To be eligible for JoSAA Counselling, you must score at least 75% of total marks or 65%(SC/ST/PwD Candidates) in 12th Board Examination or Equivalent. Otherwise, the candidate has to secure a position in the top 20 percentile

Sardar Vallabhbai National Institute Of Technology (SVNIT), Surat offers integrated M.Sc. course in mathematics. The duration of the course is 5yrs.
The total fees is around 91,000.

If we talk about infrastructure some of departments are under-construction from 2-3 years I guess. And still we don't know how long it will take. Rest the buildings that are already made are fabulous
The college has a nice green campus with plenty of space the classrooms are okay but some of equipment is owned the library is great and has a lot of books and very good environment wifi is very stronger and very good the infrastructure is really valid.
The infrastructure is quite good. The department has three different buildings, and all the labs required for the course, such as fluid dynamic labs, hydraulic lab , som lab , structure lab, EM lab and transporation lab.
