             Special round is a last counselling round only held by counselling authority only if any number of seats are left to be filled.There is no fees for special rounds. You chances to get seat in Electrical Engg. with this rank in Obc category is quite less.

No santhu , i am sorry to say this but u can't get into aeronautical engineering with your jee rank. If u r really interested in aeronautical engineering try some other private universities like SRM

with this AIR in jee-mains, you can't get SVNIT Surat.but if you belong to Gujrat then your chances are there because you can apply through your home state quota.

Thank you for putting up query in our platform. The cut off for OBC category for JEE Main 2018 is 45. As per your marks, All India Rank and category, you will surely get SVNIT in Mechanical stream. Wait for the counselling process.

As you know the number of applicants in these exams are too high. Seats are filled too fast. So I would recommend you to dont settle for one college for now, as no college has started their counselling yet. 

Considering your score, you might be able for NIT.
