Is svnit (nit Surat) is a good college to pursue mtech in civil engineering? Which specialization is good there in civil engineering?

SVNIT Surat is phenomenal brand and has one of best placements scenarios for Mtech candidates.

Civil engineering has been a good branch with experienced faculty and has seen very good learning opportunities.

Soil Mechanics and Transportation engineering are best brnaches and has created good demand.

Placements have seen average package

My Gen Rank is 43489 and Obc rank is 11062 then can I get Mechanical engineering in NIT Surat under Home State quota.

Hii nishant, in 2017 7th round counselling closing rank for NIT,surat mechanical engineering home state quota was 10,064. So, you have good chances to get mechanical. Other branches are electronic, electrical and civil engineering.
