As per the college ranking based on campus, placements, no of PhDs, student reviews my suggestion is you to opt NIT Surat and the campus atmosphere is really good there.

In the comparision of IIIT VADODARA, NIT Surat is the best option as per the rating & reviews. For its genuine reviews you can go through with given below links.
Out of both RV College of Engineering, Bangalore can be prefered at first as it is one level up than NIT Surat. So you can prefer it for EE.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure is quite good. The department has three different buildings, and all the labs required for the course, such as fluid dynamic labs, hydraulic lab , som lab , structure lab, EM lab and transporation lab.
I would it's worth it taking admission as tag of nit matters

College Infrastructure
Our college is quite old but then also infrastructure is good even now some construction work is going on of CRC and few department, hostel are also average where u get various facilities, there is dispensary also

The college infrastructure is good. There are many facilities available like sports centre, food courts, stationary shops, seminar halls and modern classrooms, auditorium, grounds for mega events or functions. The canteen food is good and economical. There are no issues related to infrastructure.
