Hope this will be helpful.

Good luck !!

First year students (boys), enrolled in the Integrated Masters of Science (Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics) are allotted a two-seater room at Gajjar Bhavan (first year hostel for all branches).

The second, third and fourth year students are provided with single rooms at Nehru Bhavan (exclusive for MSc.), while the fifth year (final year) students reside at Swami Vivekanand Bhavan along with final year B.Tech students (again with single rooms).

Girl students are provided with single rooms right from first year at Mother Teresa Bhavan.

Dear candidate,

No, now you have no option left to back to the college which you have got in jossa. This is the reason why we should always try to fill the choices very carefully. However, I would advice you to please contact the jossa through Gmail and see there response if they can help.

Dear Aspirant, according to me NIT Warangal will be the best choice to go for Integrated MSc in Physics as compared to NIT Surat. NIT Warangal has got very good physics faculty as compared to NIT Surat. I hope you are clear now. If you have any other doubts feel free to ask. All The Best!!!

Dear candidate out of two options which makes it tuff for you to decide, NIT Surat is a very good college and M.Sc Physics curriculum is also nicely taught, but considering the future prospects I would suggest you to choose Metallurgy and Materials Science over this as the placement trends in College of Engineering,Pune is much better. The infrastructure is well established, labs are well equipped, Faculties of Metallurgy branch are extremely qualified. So overall your experience would be great, as a starting package the companies would offer you 6-8 LPA.

Hope it helps you to choose!!

Hello,

let us compare both integrated cources in physics.

Firstly courses at both the institutes are full time and will have duration of 5 years. Total fees in NIT Surat will be approx 3.65 lakhs for 5 years and other side in BIT Mesra it is 6.95 lakh for 5 years.

Eligibility in NIT is 12th with 75% and in BIT is 12th with 60%. You can also get admission in NIT by clearing JEE Main exam.

Looking at the ratings of overall institute i would like to give NIT Surat 4.0/5.0 and 3.3/5.0 to the BIT Mesra.

I hope it will be helpful to you and Best whises for future.

Dear Aspirant, if you want to earn money at early stages and want to get habituated with the corporate world then I will suggest you to opt for Birla Institute Of Technology, Mesra. On the other hand, if you want to pursue with higher studies like Phd and all then you opt with Integrated Msc in Physics from BIT, Mesra because it is far more better than many IITs and NITs. I hope you are clear now. If you have any other queries feel free to ask. All The Best!!!

hii ,

if you want to study the core subject then take according to your interest if you like electornics or electrical more ,

if you want to do coding in college and want to go in tech industry then taking ece will be the best .

Hello aspirant,

I hope you are doing well and good. NIT Surat is not good in MSc in Physics placement, around 10 - 20 % of the students get placed in this department with average package of 12 - 13 LPA. ... The infrastructure is absolutely good. The labs and classrooms are well-equipped with smart teaching aids.

Goodluck!!!

See there are not much to compare between the colleges. But the main concern and focus must be on the course. If you are more interested in the Research or academics field then going for the Integrated MSc course in Physics will be a very good option for you. You can get quite a good chance in teaching jobs such as for competitive examination like JEE MAins and Advanced coachings of KOTA. Also there are numerous PSU like BARC, DRDO etc which recruits MSc Physics graduates as Scientific Officers.

If you want to go for a field which can give you job and the perspective of the job is the greatest then going for the course of BTech Biotechnology can be a better option for you. This course is more job oriented compared to that of the Integrated MSc Physics.

So depending on your goal you need to choose any of it. Both the fields have amazing opportunities.
