If you go by nirf ranking then you find that vnit is the highest ranked institute of the three with a rank of 30 while manit and svnit and lower ranked than it all three of them are institutes of national importance but yes talking about ece branch vnit nagpur

To get into Sardar Vallabhbhai National institute of technology (SVNIT) you have to write joint entrance examination main which is a national level examination for b.tech program you cannot get seat in any NITs with state level examination like gujcet. So no you won't get seat in SVNIT
