Established in  1994 .
So as per my knowledge  at 70 percentile  your chances are quite  because you are belonging to general category  and of course  as per last year  cutoff.
But still  i will definitely  advice  you to go and approach to the college as priority goes to state  candidates first .

With that Percentile in JEE mains, you have no chances of getting a seat in Tezpur University for any branch. Even if you have reservation category and home state quota, you won't be getting a seat. Your rank would be around 250000+.

The cutoff for Tezpur University hardly goes above 100000.

You have no other option other than applying with the January attempt marks.Lots of colleges and universities did the same thing because they cant wait till the JEE mains second session takes place.Now, you have option to apply with the January score or you will have to wait for second session of JEE and try to score well and in that and get college through JoSAA counseling based on your score.

Integrated M.Sc in Bioscience and Bioinformatics

Integrated M.Sc in chemistry

The eligibility for these courses is -

Minimum 60% aggregate marks with Biology, Chemistry, Physics and/or Mathematics subjects at 10+2 and pass marks in English.

Integrated M.Sc in physics- the eligibilty for this course is -

Minimum 60% aggregate marks in PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) subjects at 10+2 and pass marks in English.

So of you follow the above eligibility criteria you can apply for the integrated msc in life sciences courses in Tezpur university.
