Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have passed class 12 ^th examinations with PCM/PCB as main subjects and English as a compulsory language with 50% marks in aggregate .

Selection Criteria:

Score in JEE Main followed by Centrallized counselling.

Key Point: 60% of the total seats available for B. Tech program will be reserved for North Eastern state(s) candidates and 40% seats will be filled through central counselling process.

As per your percentile score in JEE Mains and considering you belong to any of the categories among General, OBC-NCL, SC or ST (no PwD), you are not likely to get past the cut-off for any of the above mentioned categories in JEE Mains 2020. There is no particular cut off for the admission in Tezpur University. The cut off varies by various factors every year. The candidates with 50% and above in the UG are eligible to apply for the college. The performance in CAT, MAT and XAT examinations will be considered for allocation of seats. The candidates with good scores in the above mentioned examinations will be called for PI and WAT rounds before the seats allocation.

The required cut off for the Tezpur University cannot be determined accurately until the university releases an official cut off marks. The candidates with minimum of 50% and above score will be eligible to apply for this college. For any MBA programs the candidate have to appear and score an minimum marks in CAT, MAT, XAT etc. The students with good scores in these examinations will be called for the PI and WAT rounds.
