Hello, you have not mentioned your category so I am assuming you to be in general category and if we see from last year cutoff for computer science general category student was 56935 - 66175 in CSAB second round of counseling so, it depends on this year cutoffs whether you will get Cs or not.
Apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling.
Wait till spot round of counseling may be you would get Cs. Refer to this link it will help you
