The main reason for this because the competition in the field is pretty low so you can get a good job directly from campus placements. Many companies from the food processing sector like Amul, Britannia Industries, Dabur, Heritage Foods, Hindustan Unilever, etc. offer jobs to students of this branch.

Placement is quite good, Nos. Of Alumni is placed in multi-national corporations. They have good packages and Nos. Of students are pursuing their higher degree in foreign universities and IITs, NITs, etc.The average package for this current academic year was around 4 lakhs. The major recruiters included Cummins, TCS, Zaloni, etc. You can get more information about it on the college website.
