COMEDK includes over 100+ colleges under its wing and none of them are as good as VIT Vellore (i.e. main campus) along with CSE in terms of placements. So, if you're getting VIT Vellore and that too CSE, you should not think about exams such as COMEDK.

However, BITS Pilani (Pilani Campus) is much superior to all the mentioned institutes. It is even better than some IITs.

All that said, if your comparison is between COMEDK colleges and VIT Vellore (with CSE), do not think twice and go for VIT.

As you have got vit vellore eee category 3 so I would suggest you should go with vit vellore and you have good chances to change your branch too if you score a good cgpa above 8.8.

But if you have any kind of financial problems I would suggest you to not to take vit vellore and go for pessat or comedk because the fees is also less than vit vellore and the colleges like rv college of engineering, ms Ramaiah and others are good there.

First of all you need not be disheartened because in each and every person's life there is ups and downs. It's on us how we take it and how we get through it. This will define your tomorrow. It's not like if you got into good college or scored high marks you will be in a better place.

The problems you deal in your life also teaches us many things. I can tell you surely with my experience because I am two year dropout. And i don't have any regrets about it because each person has to cross it's hurdles and it will take time.

So, coming to your question now that you have taken drop I would suggest you to keep your mind calm and give your best shot at every exam. Just feel like this you don't have anything to loose. So, go it for all out.

It will help you in giving your best shot. At worst case scenario you will score bad but you will be there with your parents alive. So, gear up and fight back.

Assuming youre a General Category Aspirant, you wont get HBTU Kanpur with a Percentile of 80 in JEE Main. Of course if youre from certain Category, you may pehaps have better chances in securing a seat at HBTU Kanpur.

Yes you can definitely get a seat in VIT Vellore for a 5 year integrated program with 94.6 % as the eligibility criteria demands of a minimum of 70 % but you have to clear of the  cutoff of VITEEE.

however none of the colleges is best to compare with vit interms of placement, you would get average packages around 6 lpa, however in vit there is more big giant  mncs like microsoft, amazon etc. however to start a decent career top five colleges mentioned above is good. once you get 2-3 years experience in relevant field you may  switch for higher salary package.

Choosing VIT over any of the options you have given will be a good choice.it has a good placement record .highest salary package offered is 41.6LPA and the Average salary package offer is 6.5LPA.it is focused more on learning and creating new technology.

So you can go ahead with any of the VIT.
