Fee wise there is not much of a difference in both the institution as both will cost close to 3 lacs per annum. As per opinion you should prefere computer science and engineering with specialization in Artificial intelligence at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham over integrated Mtech program in Vellore

The campus does not provide any cutoff ranks for the courses but any how your rank is very much good to get into the course in vellore campus as many of my friends and my students
