With a rank of 70000 you have no chances to get Computer Science Engineering in VIT Vellore. Not even in category 4 or 5. In order to get CSE in VIT Vellore, you should have a rank less than 8000. With a rank of 70000 you may get VIT Bhopal with Mechanical Engineering.
I would like to suggest you to attempt other entrance exams like SRMJEE, COMEDK,etc according to your preference. Try scoring well in these exams.

VIT holds 28 rank in nirf ranking of engineering colleges . Its infrastructure is very well organized , campus is very lush green ,air-conditioned classrooms with all the latest digital technologies , qualified facutlites , placement scenario is also very amazing more than 90 percent students get placed every year with an average package of 7.25lakhs and highest goes aroubd 41lakhs

There are a lot of amazing colleges under ComedK. Top 5 colleges under ComedK are:

Other than the above mentioned there are various other amazing colleges for CS/IT branches. The fees varies from college to college between 2-8lakhs. VIT Bhopal is a good college and provides an excellent placements. The highest salary package offered  was 23 LPA the lowest salary package offered being 4 LPA .Companies like Tata, Microsoft, Amazon, Swiggy and Google come for recruitment of students.The placement rate is about 100 percent in this college and the faculties and infrastructure are of top notch in this college.You can go for this college once you get chance.

The infrastructure is also very good among other private colleges like well maintained,safe,neat and clean toilets and corridors , labs with all the lates technology . The faculty is so helping,understanding and qualified to assists students properly . More than 80 percent students get placed every year with an average package of 7.14 lakhs and highest went upto 40 lakhs

See this is a very crucial case you have mentioned. I would recommend you  that VIT have better infrastructure than Manipal and also VIT's placement records are better in terms of median package. So BTech Information Technology at VIT VELLORE will be better as a choice than Manipal.

No doubt, VIT is popular for its facilities and placement records. But as we all know that VIT Bhopal is a newly established campus and thus has no good placement records, so I would suggest you to choose any other option.

Also, as you mentioned about CSE in Shiv Nadar University, if you are getting a seat there, it is a sage choice as SSN also offers good facilities in the terms of infrastructure as well as skilled faculty members. Moreover, CSE placement records of SSN are appreciable with average salary package of 5-7 LPA.
