VIT provides you the best infrastructure for the study of everything, his campus is spread over the 4 acres that's why they have the best laboratories, experiment halls and a huge library. faculty is too good for Civil in VIT, they will help you in every possible manner.

Around 85%+ students placed every year of the civil branch and many multinational companies comes to this college for recruitment. The average package in this college for civil is around 6-7 lacks p.a. and highest package offered by a company is 11 lacks. So it will good if you choose VIT for yourself.

Even in the tech giants like amazon and microsoft students gets equal set of opportunities whether he/she is from CSE or ECE  . The average package is around 7-8lakhs and highest placement goes around 30 lakhs . Its totally on your skills how much you take it

Vellore Institute of Technology was established in the year 2001 has has been ranked 3rd in Universities. Further, it has also received NAAC accreditation and is UGC Approved. VIT Vellore provides 28 undergraduate programmes, 31 graduate programmes, five integrated master's programmes, and two doctoral programmes.

There are very few entrance tests at the M.Sc. level and your admission for the M.Sc. level will be decided by your marks at your B.Sc. level. For VIT you will go through an interview round for the B.Sc. level and later if you want to continue for M.Sc. level it will depend on your marks and a second interview round.

No the counseling process at Vellore institute of technology is not like that have you mentioned. If any seat becomes vacant due to candidate pulling back there admissions or not opting the the allotted seat, it gets shifted to the higher categories i.e 4/5. So even if the seat becomes vacant you will have to pay a handsome amount of money to grab it. Moreover it is only applicable for those who have not been allotted any seats in their choice filling.

SCT college got overall review as 4.3 out of 5. And VIT college got 4.2 rating out of 5. In college wise both are best college in infrastructure and placements results

Tech is a 4 years course while B.Sc is a 3 years course. In B. Tech Biotechnology you will learn about other branches of engineering also in your first year whereas in B.Sc  and MSC biotechnology you will directly learn about your core subjects.

you have to make your own choice whether you have to study engineering related or core related

both have equal job opportunities. But in salary wise always engineering(B. Tech) candidate will get more salary then arts(MSC)  candidates.

If you can't take admission then you you pay advance full fee of VIT college. Because any college you want to take admission and giving the fees then if you don't take admission this college they will can't refund your money dear. Because they will tell you that you take one dear so they can't refund your money. But sometimes if you get very good college than your previous one then you can convince them. May be they will return your money. The best thing you have to talk to direct to the college authority and try to convince them. May be they will give you refund if it's not full fee also you can get some amount of money.

From my personal experience and going along past trends I don't think it is possible for you to get any seat at VIT Bhopal with the mentioned rank under category 1. Though the campus is new, many students have to turn their directions towards new campus due to tough competition and high cutoffs in Vellore/Chennai campus. Moreover the choice to go with lower fee categories attracts a handsome number of students here. Well you can get few of the seats in category 2/3 for less demanded courses. With reference to your query , I would like to inform you that persuing single degree than integrated course is better option if you are doing it from priavte college. Integrated courses are of 5 years with a condition that you will get your btech if and only if you complete your mtech ,its like you are indulginf yourself in a bond whereas in btech you can look for options like jobs , top notch-college for masters,etc
