I would suggest you to opt CSE in VIT Vellore. As you have mentioned that Plaksha University is starting its first batch in 2021, so we have no records of placements, facilities etc. On the other hand, VIT Vellore campus is popular for its placement records as well as the faculty and management team especially for CSE and IT department. Many companies such as google, microsoft, amazon, cognizant, infosys, IBM, TCS, etc visit the campus for recrtuitment. Also, the faculty members are highly qualified and are supportive in nature.

The location of college should not matter if you wish to pursue education of the best quality. As per my opinion you should go with Vellore institute of technology if you get your desired seat under first or second category. Shiv Nadar University has shown some amazing performance in academics and placements in recent years but is still growing. The faculties at both the institutions are highly trained and qualified but you get better teacher to student ratio at SNU as VIT is highly populated.

Note - You should prefer SNU in case seat allotment in VIT is at higher category as it will provide a better return of investments.

Difference their are more studious and deidcated crowd in VIT vellore. At the time of placements also ,students of chennai campus goes to vellore campus for placement because more companies visit there rest all things are same

You certainly have high chances of getting Mtech integrated at VIT Vellore. See the eligibility for integrated Mtech is as follows:

A candidate requires an aggregate of 65% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) for general and 55% for the SC/ST category.

Please be mindful of the below conditions for the factors that affect seat allotment:

There are a total of 300 seats available in the course. Getting a seat depends on

• the number of candidates who apply and
• the number of candidates who have scored more than you. It certainly raises the stakes to get admission.

You have a very descent chance to get a seat in integrated M.tech program at Vellore Institute of technology. To apply for the same you need to fill an application form at before 15th July at (https://admissions.vit.ac.in/pgapplication/) by paying an amount of 600. The seat allotment for the same will be done by a counselling process based upon the criterias set by VIT.

As per your query , I would like to inform you that if your are getting cse in vellore campus then  it will be very very better option in comparison to jiit noida ,comedk. To very honest placement scenario of GGSIPU main campus and USIT is almost same but the brand value of vit vellore is very good . Moreover, the campus of vit has no comparison due to its infrastucture and latest technology classrooms. Moreover, at 70 percentile you have low chances of getting admission in top colleges of GGSIPU so go for VIT vellore

According to your VITEEE Rank it is difficult to get Computer Science Engineering branch or Information Technology branch in Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore based on previous year's cut-offs in Category 1, 2 and 3. Your rank does not falls under the cut-offs given by experts and even does not fall under previous year's cut-off trends. Cutoffs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, number of seats available, category, difficulty level of the exam etc.

But you can try for Category 4 or Category 5 and you need to pay additional fees along with regular Tution Fees every year if you get seat in Category other than Category 1 but competition is very high for Computer Science Engineering branch and Information Technology branch so chances are very much less.
