see if you do BTech and MTech separately then you will need 6 years of time. But in Integrated courses its very good that you save 1 year of time and also you didn't have to apply for any entrance for MTech. So if you are sure about specialization and you want to speacialize then go for Integrated course. But if you want to do job then I would say BTech will be great because most of the companies don't take MTech due to there specialization factor. Thus they offer MTech relatively lower salary than BTech. But if you think that MTEch is your goal and you want to do research or want to go in Laboratories like ISRO, BARC etc or want to go for PhD or want to pursue career in academics then I would say Integrated MTech will be a great option.

So take decisions wisely and based on your goals and targets.

Hope you are doing well.According to previous years VITMEE cutoff you can get admission in VLSI in VIT Vellore if you have rank 300-400.And as per your rank you have chances of getting admission in Category 2.But,I would recommend you to take admission in VIT Chennai instead because in Chennai campus you can get VLSI in category 1.Both Vellore and Chennai campuses are almost same in case of placements,infrastructure,fees,etc.So,you should take admission in VIT Chennai.

It is difficult to predict but based on previous year's cut-offs it can be said that it is difficult for you to get B.Tech Computer Science Engineering Core branch or Specializations in Vellore Institute of Technology, Bhopal in Category 1 or 2. You can try for Category 3, 4 and 5 but you need to pay additional fees along with regular Tution Fees every year, if you get seat in other categories expect Category 1.

For admission into B. Tech Computer Science Engineering branch in Vellore Institute of Technology, Bhopal you must atleast get Rank below 18000 based on previous year's cut-offs for category 1. For other categories the Rank may vary. But cut-offs varies from year to year. Also cut-offs varies from category to category and campus to campus. Cut-offs depends on many factors like difficulty level of the exam, number of students appeared, number of seats available, etc.

As you have mentioned that you have got 26k rank in vitee 2021 and you are ready to take up cse ,it or ece through category 3,4,5 so let me tell you that in this rank you would easily grab even cse in category 4 . So if you will get cse in this category you would easily get the other two branches.

As far as the choice filling is concerned you should keep all the cse branches at a priority and then IT and at last ECE.

Phase 2 counselling for VIT students who had a rank between 20,000 to 45000 or did not get any seat in phase 1 counselling will commence between 30 June to 1st July.

The last date to pay the counselling fee for phase 2 is 29th June and the results for provisional allotment will be announced on 3rd July.

The VIT university has a quite good colleges and it is also recognised as one of the best private college in India due to its great record hence the demand for it also gets increases and large number of students seeks their admission over here but the rank which you have mentioned is quite good one and you can definitely try admission in VIT Vellore which is its main campus as well as number one VIT and the field which has high chances of getting is Mechanical, Electrical and many more and if not Vellore than Chennai can also be your good choice.

The cut-off trends keeps changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. Getting a CSE seat is very difficult these days because of the huge demand it has. With a rank near to 21,000, you cannot get CSE, ECE or IT seats in Vellore in second fee category. You can try applying for CSE at Chennai campus in last 2 fee categories.
