There is not any type of cuttoff percentage for class 12th. Only you should be under the domian of eligibility criteria of VIT i.e 60% in P.C.M and under the rank of 1 lakh in VITEEE inorder to pursue any UG Courses .

How many seats for BSc agriculture in VIT VELLORE

It is a completely new course at VIT. They don't fix the number of seats from the beginning. This really depends on the number of applications received.

Which of the option will be better? B.Tech (CSE) from VIT, Vellore or B.Tech(ISE) from JSS University (SJCE), Mysore?

B.Tech (CSE) in VIT is much better than JSS university,Mysore.You would be having on your studies and co-curricular activities. On campus placement is much better in viit as compared to JSS University, Mysore.Faculty is also much better in viit.

I got admission in cat 4 at vit vallore counseling .Same fee i mean cat 4 fee will be there for remaining year or is it cat 1 fee.

Hi Singha, you have to pay the same category 4 fee throughout the four years in VIT. However your caution deposit will be returned after you comolete your college

There is not any type of cuttoff percentage for class 12th in VIT. Infact there is also not any type of cuttoff for VITEEE exam as well because if you able to score 65+ no. in VITEEE exam then definitely your rank will be under 30k. Each year

College Infrastructure

Vellore Institute of Technology has a really nice infrastructure with clean classrooms, labs, library and hostels. Wi-Fi is only available for 20 hours as it gets switched off around midnight. Campus is big and nice, but it can get crowded. Hostels are very hygienic as they get cleaned daily.
