Yeah you can switch over your college/ Universitie after your First year of B.tech on the following basis

You should have above 8 CGPA / GPA on both the semester of first year.
You should not have any arrear / backlog in any of the semester.

Obviously you should go with the BITS Pilani rather than VIT CSE. There should not be any second thought to think about the BITS pilani because it itself is a unique institution which doesn't require any comment on his placement, infrastructure, study etc.

well VIT university takes addmission only through the VITEE exam only while for computer science in VITEE you should have below 19k for Vellore branch in case if you have no written the exam of VITEE go to admisntration dept and join in management

Agriculture is a new course in VIT, introduced this year so there are no last year cutoff marks. The eligibility for this course is over 50% marks in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Yes you can get a seat in integrated M.Tech in VIT amaravati if you fullfill their eligibility criteria that is-

Candidate must have completed 12 years of schooling (Equivalent to 10+2 system of Indian Education)/ Diploma.

Candidates date of birth should fall on or after 1st July 1995.

What the fee structure for management quota at VIT Vellore ?

Hello Shobhit,

Fees for Every Candidate is same. There is no fees difference in candidates admitted through counselling and Candidates Admitted through direct management quota. There may be variation if someone gets scholarship otherwise no difference in Fees.

Direct admission in 2nd year B Tech for 1st year B Tech student

Hello,
VIT UNIVERSITY gives admission into undergraduate courses through VITEEE entrance exam.It doesn't offer direct admission to any of the students as far as i know.You can visit it's website for more information.

When you apply for refund after taking admission in your UG course then they will return all your tution fee including hostel fee as well but cutting 20k to 30k including the Counselling fee.

College Infrastructure

Vellore Institute of Technology has a really nice infrastructure with clean classrooms, labs, library and hostels. Wi-Fi is only available for 20 hours as it gets switched off around midnight. Campus is big and nice, but it can get crowded. Hostels are very hygienic as they get cleaned daily.
