Bith have excellent placement but EEE hasmore job opportunities with VIT Vellore.

Studnets receive better average package of 6lpa.

BITs Chemical engineering too has grrat scope but linited opportunities into sectors.

VIT vellore ofders 100% placements in EEE.

Overall VIT Vellore EEE is much better option

Since u r interested in both I think one should go for bits bcs it is said that after iit its the best and one of my friend is from bits pilani mechanical presently settled in Germany he has excellent package but Vellore is also gud
