Yes but it depends on whether you will be able to apply for any counseling applications or not, because even if you apply and you do not have the result with you- even the seat alloted to you by college will stand cancel if you do not furnish the certificate.

College Infrastructure

Vellore Institute of Technology has a really nice infrastructure with clean classrooms, labs, library and hostels. Wi-Fi is only available for 20 hours as it gets switched off around midnight. Campus is big and nice, but it can get crowded. Hostels are very hygienic as they get cleaned daily.
