My friend got vit vellore civil branch on 90000 so yu may get vit bhu....

Yes you may get Bhopal, with this rank in 2nd or 3rd round and he is talking for his friend in the comment who may got vellore in 2nd or 3rd round because it's not possible to get civil in 1st round because last year it was 14000 closing rank . So not possible for anyone to get branch like this even woth 25000. So you try for Bhopal. Good luck, connect back for more queries.
