Yes.

You are eligible to apply in VIT and apart from this you can apply for other private entrances as well like BITs, Manipal, SRM etc.

College Infrastructure

Vellore Institute of Technology has a really nice infrastructure with clean classrooms, labs, library and hostels. Wi-Fi is only available for 20 hours as it gets switched off around midnight. Campus is big and nice, but it can get crowded. Hostels are very hygienic as they get cleaned daily.
