rank i.e. 80,000 or little under in VITEEE your chances of getting admission in Vellore
or Chennai campus is very low going by the previous year cut off records.
Though , you can get admission in their new Bhopal campus for the following branches:-

The cutoffs for Chemical engineering in Vellore VIT branch is under 19500 closing rank as per 2016 trends.
Hence, at the ranks of 80000its next to impossible to convert seat at Vellore campus.
Although, youhavevery good chances across Amravati and Bhopal campus at this score.
