My college has all the necessary infrastructure, advanced equipment, and modern facilities required, lectures highly interactive. The laboratories are fully stocked with modern equipment. Library offers a massive collection of books alongside a quiet digital study zone. For extracurriculars, the sports center features excellent indoor and outdoor courts that are regularly maintained. Regarding campus life, the hostels are cleaned daily, ensuring very hygienic living spaces. The mess and cafeteria serve fresh, hygienic food.

I am currently studying B.S. in mechanical engineering because I want to build a career in software engineering and artificial intelligence. Overall, the quality of teaching at my institution is highly commendable. They combine theoretical lectures with hands-on coding labs, making complex concepts like algorithms and data structures much easier to grasp. "While the curriculum provides a strong foundation in core theories, it sometimes lags behind the most rapid, cutting-edge developments. To be truly job-ready, I find it necessary to supplement my studies, self-learning, and personal projects. The program builds the essential mindset, but adding more industry-standard tools and practical internships would better bridge the gap to immediate employment

The quality of placements at our college is excellent with many top-tier companies visiting the campus annually. Placement Metrics & Highest Package: Approximately [85%] of the eligible students from our batch were successfully placed. The highest salary package offered was an impressive 98 LPA, which was secured by a student from the B.Tech Computer Science course. Average Package: The average salary package offered across branches stands at a solid 7.5 LPA, ensuring that a majority of students land competitive starting offers. Process & Support: The overall placement process was smooth, structured, and highly professional. The college placement cell was incredibly supportive throughout, organizing regular mock interviews, resume-building workshops, and technical training sessions that helped ease our anxiety and fully prepared us for the recruitment drive.

My university course cost approximately 700000 per year, and I firmly believe I got my money's worth. The curriculum was highly hands-on and kept pace with current industry standards, which made transitioning into my career seamless. Additionally, the professors were active professionals in their fields, providing invaluable networking opportunities and practical mentorship that justified every penny spent.

The facilities available on campus are sufficient for students academic activities. However, a few parts of the infrastructure could be improved to make the campus more comfortable and student friendly.

The curriculum provides a strong base in the core subjects, and the faculty is always willing to help. That said, increasing practical sessions and updating the syllabus regularly could enhance the overall learning experience.

The placement cell provides a good platform for students to connect with recruiters. Students who prepare consistently are able to secure offers, though there is still potential to improve the overall placement reach and package levels.

All facilities are above average and are well maintained, living spaces especially the deluxe hostels are very good and the food is average mostly but good. It's very clean tho, despite the extreme heat.

Depends on the faculty, but that depends on you as you have full freedom to choose your subjects' faculty to your liking, however the time table isn't that flexible as they make it seem. (SMEC, B-TECH)

I haven't reached that stage yet but from people I've heard, it's average. Nothing fancy of any sorts tbh. Like only few get any LPAs about 5, It's very competitive, can't really blame the college for it.

good infrastructure, if u get it in CATEGORY 1 go for it, for CSE CAT-2,3 is also alright anything above try elsewhere.

Really well-maintained infrastructure. the laboratory components are well maintained and really safe to use as well. living spaces are clean, though food is not up to the standard mark. besides the library is great.

im studying biotechnology. the quality of teaching is nice, teachers are chosen by the students itself and most of them clear doubts as well. although a few teachers are blacklisted, so students should consider whom they study from. curriculum is updated last year only.

the placements are okay, for a private engineering college, though for a branch like biotech most students opt for higher studies in this field and more projects to take to build in their resume. i have personally not taken part in this process.

mine costed 3.95lakhs per year for this course. i mean i did not have any other option so i had to choose this one. consider this for biotech, it is really nice and comes under top institutions to study biotech in this country

strict campus life. especially strict for college going girls living inside the hostel there is mandatory dress code and wardens of girl hostels are really strict. besides for boys it is easy going...

wonderful infrastructure, especially the PRP building and the MGB open classrooms Attracts me each and every time i roam around. have more relaxing space and clean university. the campus has good hostels.

quality of teaching is awesome. the curriculum is well structured and focused on both practical as well theoretical learning. most faculty members explains concepts clearly and they encourage us to participate in discussion and practical activities.

placements at VIT are really great. many companies visiting the campus every year. my friends got placed with a good package. university provides placement training and skill developments and builds opportunities to interact with recruiters.

worth for money, it offers good infrastructure, decent placement with experienced faculties, making the investment worthwhile.

VIT campus infrastructure is one of the biggest strenghth of b.tech. Labs are modern with good equipment for practical and automation work. Classrooms are fully dogital and Wifi is available almost everywhere.

The electronics and instfumantation engineering curriculum at VIT is industry focised and includes subjects related to sensors, contrl systems etc. Many faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive in projects and research work.

Placements for E&I students are quite strong as compared to many other private colleges. Core as well as IT companoes vist campus , including firms like schneider, intel etc. Studentsvwith good coding skills and CGPA usually get better packages.

Vellore Institute of technology is very good in infrastructure , facilities and equipment like we have the asia 2nd biggest academic block known as PRP and for cleanliness i will give 5 star rating and facilities are top notch as an vit student i can assure that management give full focus on tge plantation , environment etc. Vit have some digital classrooms , normal classrooms and labs for reasearchs . In vit there one library which have 2 floors and very huge and its very disciplined . For studies you can visit there by 9pm and it closes by 1 pm and genuinly if i say theres no much sports facilities in vit vellore but this college is good for the academics . And for hostels there are many hostels for boys and girls which are seperate . But hostels are clean huge and disciplined and mess food is also good and food quality is okh

Academic wise this college is good and teachers genuinly teaches the students and disciplined is maintained by all the students in academic blocks and proper dress should be there for girls and boys both. I have pursued information technology in cse because i have bit interest in software development and job opportunities are high and the quality teaching is very good they take care of each students genuinely i am saying they take care of each and every child And my curriculum also changed on the basis of recent development . And yaaaa for sure which they teach us that helps to get job

I will say placements are okh okh not so good not so bad beacause there many students are studying in vit vellore on that basis placement is very tough to get but if you study well or follow the faculties instruction it gets easy for you to get placement vit helps you to get placements and like 60 to 70 percent of the students get every year in vit vellore and like approx 1.2cr. Was the highest package which was international and highest domestic package was around 50lacs And the average salary is approx 13lakh for cse students and it varies from branch to branch and yes for sure its placement process is not so easy but its okay you can do it

We can say that category 1 and category 2 is worth it after that fees is very high that i think is not value for money . I am in category my academic fees is 1.95lakh and hostel fee is around 1.5 6bed ac Yes i have given my exam for 2nd year and i feel its going good and that fees i am giving is value for monwy i will definitely achieve my goal at the end of 4th year

Campus life i will say that its not too much good because around 9pm the campus closes and we have to stay inside the hostel and which big demerit i will give there is no option for eating after 9pm nothing you will get inside the hostel they also does not allow anyone to go out . And i like only one thing in the campus that it provides shuttle service in whole campus in only for 20 rupees . And about the location its good not that much bad its good only vellore have too many hills but its not.allowed to go there because of the safety reasons

Yes this college is very strict for their students they notice each and every thing about the students its from outing to academic . They also notice at what time you are going out and coming inside this college is very strict for their students

Yeah i have all the facilitiy i need here - we lowkey have the 4 best gyms in India, gyms are overcrowded thou they should increase the slots availble for hgym but they don not ast the s gym is only open for 6-9 and 3-8, Me and my firends usually go to the gym in the eveneing but its too crowded so you can go in the mornig. About the necessary infastrucutre you have alot of aacdemic building you will never have to compromise your education if the problem is vuild (I love VIT for this) you can take classes anywhere, even if your hostel is in another college you will probably have a n acacedemic building there.Equipment you have at evry facilites area , oh you are like damn i have to play lawn tennis go the the tennis ground. Now in our classrooms the facilites are genuinley very good , you got all the benches , all the boards, EXcept some projectors, sometimes i feel like they are sentient and doesnt want the teacher to teach the class, for wifi you dont have that in classes but doenst matter phone netwrok everywhere and they area well mantained. FAciliteis are genuinly good except everyting too much vcwoded

I am Studying IT because i was told by mey mentors to get, quality of teaching depedns on teacher but totherwise its good , you can selctet the teacher you want. YEah the cirricullum is updated and is fun except somethings like they wanted us to make pipe booms for beee project.

I am not really sutree about the placements but got a generall idea that if you put in the work you can get placed pretty ,uch, they give you the opputirnity but i heard palantir is coming for 2026 and i dont want to fight for israel :(

DEpends on how much money you spending on it , yeah i am getitng my money worth, but i would really like if all of my money went to the tel aviv so netanayu can buy more missile to drop on hospitals in palsestine

CAmpus life is pretty good except too uch crowd ,evrywhere crowd. For the activites you can almost do anyting so many people has its advanteage like som many ythings to do. Ll the staff is pretty chill, except the head warden of mens hostel A block
