See,Computer Science Engineering is always been considered as an Evergreen field. Most of highest placements are mainly from CSE Department.Infact from 2014,2015,2016 consecutively,VIT is holding the Limca Book Record for Highest placements(1911) on a single day.

And regarding joining VIT, i would say you must join.This is because:

• keeping in Mind that VIT always has best Placement cell.VIT Vellore is rich in Experience,VIT Bhopal is rich in Technology.And when best of two combines,something sterling is bound to happen.
• VIT Bhopal is India's first University to introduce CSE++ and offers best specialization in CSE that is Gaming Technology and Cyber security which has huge placement opportunities.
• VIT Bhopal is leading in CALTECH based study technology all over India,that facilitates you with more real-life based problems rather than only Traditional way of studying.
• Peer to Peer Learninng with established expressive freedom of Speech.
• Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, De Shaw have recruited CSE students with a package of more than 10 lakhs per annum. Companies like Flipkart, Intel, Akamai, Cisco, Yahoo, Oracle, Google, KLA Tencor, Dolcera have recruited the students with packages of more than Rs. 7,00,000 per annum.

Its all upto you that how do you Grab the oppurtunity.If youy Study hard and clear all Projects and clear every semester with good grade points,no one can can stop you from pursing Dream offer jobs.

BAsed on past record,Your chances of getting into eee at vit,vellore is extremely less.So dont pin your hopes on this.

Also you have no chance with the other branches except for civil engineering.That is your last hope at vit chennai.however you can try your luck with the other branches like vit bhopal or ap.You have more chance of getting a seat there!you can possibly get a eee also!They are new campuses relatively their quality might not be as good as chennai or vellore ! However all tjis depends on what course you actually want.So try to get a good course like ece or civil .

Your other option is to try from other universities like srm or manipal.They are equally good butnot the best.Again depends on whether you have written their entrance exams.Try for bitsat also.

All  the best ,choose wisely based on your intrest and scope.See what you genuinely like instead of just doing engineering because i have seen many regreting after taking the wrong course.

Since you have not mentioned the course you want to know the fees for i am informing you about the fees of undergraduate courses

The fees for BBA at VIT AP is INR 2,75,000 per year which it a total for three years of INR 8,25,000

Whereas for B.Tech. the fees for 1st year is INR 1,76,000 and the remaining the years each of INR 1,73,000 which makes it a total of INR 6,95,000

Based on previous year trends,you should be able to VIT Vellore Biotechnology in the first category fee structure itself which is around 1.8 lakh per annum.

In addition to this,you would have to pay the hostel and mess fee seperately.

You would be getting all courses except CSE and ECE on the basis of your rank.

Yes, you can get admission for biotechnology in vit with your rank.

Depends on what you branch you want!

You surely are eligible for any course at vit chennai or ap!

It depends on you as to what you want and depends on which category you get!

So think calm and choose what  you want!

Dear aspirant!! Congratulations on your rank but I would like to inform you that it's difficult for you to get any branch in any campus as the cutoff was around 1,00,000 in recent times although you stand a chance of getting in amaravati or Bhopal campus but I would suggest you to go for management quota by which you'll surely get a seat in the college in any branch you want although fees will be quite high.

I am sorry your rank is very far from the cut-off. It's near to the impossible. Cut-off for CSE network Security is the 7500. which can be vary on the basis of the competition and on the various factor. And the least cut-off is for the Production and Industrial Engg Which is 55000.
