I'm sorry to tell you that you haven't secured a good rank to get into VIT vellore be it of any course. But however you can try for VIT amaravati , since it is a new campus, but again chances of getting a seat are indeed very less.

You are able to attend the counseling for VIT Bhopal until your rank is below 125000. And it is very easy to get CSE in VIT Bhopal & VIT AP as they are new Universities. You can get CSE in VIT Bhopal if your Rank is below 50k.

Yes, you can get VIT AMRAVATI college. This is a newly opened college so the crowd here is very less and the placement here is also not upto the mark. In VIT only two branches are at the top first is VELLORE and second is CHENNAI.

I would suggest you to look for other colleges.
