I am sorry your rank is very far from the cut-off. It's near to the impossible. Cut-off for CSE network Security is the 7500. which can be vary on the basis of the competition and on the various factor. And the least cut-off is for the Production and

Your fetched rank in the VIT is soo faar through which you can't expect the CSE in the Amravati campus as well and meanwhile your fetched percentile in the JEE mains is also not enough to get into the Government Institution but yaah based upon your JEE mains

You will easily get CSE at VIT university with this much rank in VITEEE. If you have money then you can easily get it. I will suggest you to take a year drop if you want a good NIT . I hope you have got the point. Just

I'm sorry to tell you that you haven't secured a good rank to get into VIT vellore be it of any course. But however you can try for VIT amaravati , since it is a new campus, but again chances of getting a seat are indeed very less.

College Infrastructure
Infrastructure is awesome ,Modern Labs and Large central library with centralized ac and maintains hygieneness.here rock plaza and food street both are fully hygienic.central block is the largest academic block in asia.In modern style and excellent elevation.

College Infrastructure
No doubt about college Infrastructure Modern university superb facilities and cleanliness in all places.Regarding class rooms Wifi is available at any time and sports activities occured frequently, smart boards and library have all type of books to read.
I spent good time here.

vit ap has a good and steadily improving infrastructure that supports both academic and student life. the campus is modern, well cleaned with spacious classrooms , and average internet connectivity.Some parts are still under construction.
