As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have almost no chance of getting government medical college in Agartala,tripura.
Last year the cutoff for the Agartala government medical college was 402 marks closing for the st category under the state quota benefit.

Sorry to say but you have not qualified neet exam. You needed atleast 96 marks to qualify. You can try again next year.
