Eligibility Criteria

Admissions through UPSEE Counseling:

The minimum qualification for B.Tech (Engg.) is Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
The minimum qualification for II years B.Tech (Lateral Entry) is a three-year Engineering Diploma in any branch of engineering (except Agriculture Engg., Pharmacy, and Architecture).

Direct Admissions at College Level:

Direct admissions at College level under NRI/Management Quota and lapsed seats shall be done in the following preference order in accordance with procedure and eligibility criterion as stated in Information Brochure UPSEE.

(i). By the qualified candidates of JEE (Main).

(ii). By the qualified candidates of UPSEE.

(iii). By the merit of candidates based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination as laid down by All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi for admission to various programs.

Admission Details

Admissions to I & II Yr. B.Tech are done through Combined State Entrance Exam (UPSEE) conducted by the UP State Technical University, AKTU, Lucknow.

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure generally praised: large, green campus (~40 acres), AC labs/classrooms, strong Wi‑Fi . No Fest, Campus life is shit Faculty & academics rated moderately: some are Good some are shit.. Placements vary by branch and batch: CSE/IT average packages range ~4–5 LPA, with top offers reaching 30–55 LPA . 70–80% placement rate overall NAAC: A++ grade; NBA-approved; affiliated to AKTU, Lucknow . National Rankings 2024–25: India Today: #77 (overall engineering) Outlook: #44 B.Tech Times Engineering: #149–155

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure of AKGEC is good it has a large campus area of 40 acre which full of greeny it's has old style buliding but advance level labs. it has a central library having huge capacity of students.

An average student should take this college.

College Infrastructure

The structure of this college is efficiently design and it also surrounded with greenery all over the campus . Most important factor is it is situated in Delhi NCR which makes it approachable for all MNCs.
