AKGEC Ghaziabad Facilities

Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College Ghaziabad has a 40-acre fully wi-fi enabled campus with excellent infrastructure and facilities for its students. AKGEC Ghaziabad facilities include a central library, departmental libraries and hostel libraries. Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College also has computing facilities.

Hostel facilities are also available on the campus of AKGEC Ghaziabad with each hostel having its separate mess. AKGEC Ghaziabad hostels have gymnasiums as well as indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Healthcare facilities are also available on the campus. Some other facilities such as utility shops, stationery shops and ATM are also available on the AKGEC Ghaziabad campus.

Boys Hostel

AKGEC Ghaziabad provides well furnished hostel accommodation to its students. Boys hostel is divided into Junior boys hostel and Senior boys hostel complex. Junior boys hostel can accommodate about 300 students and is only reserved for first year students while on the other hand Senior boys hostel complex is divided into two hostels and can accommodate about 600 students. Junior boys hostels have double occupancy rooms while the senior boys hostel complex has two hostels with single and triple seater accommodation.

Girls Hostel

Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College Ghaziabad has three girls hostels which can accommodate about 650 students. The girls hostels have double and triple seater rooms. All the hostels have separate mess and well equipped kitchens and dining areas. Hostels have gymnasiums along with indoor and outdoor sports facilities. AKGEC Ghaziabad has television rooms in its hostels and a library. All the hostel rooms are well furnished, have eco friendly solar water heating system, canteen and utility stores. All the hostels are wi-fi enabled.

Medical/Hospital
Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College Ghaziabad also provides medical facilities to its students. A free medical checkup is arranged for all the students at the time of joining the college. AKGEC Ghaziabad also procures group medi-claim and group accidental policy for all its students.

Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College has a well-equipped gym for the students.
Library
AKGEC Ghaziabad comprises of a Central library, 8 departmental libraries and 5 hostel libraries. Study spaces in the form of reading halls, study cubicles, digital library and faculty reading room are provided to the faculties, staff and students. Central library has a collection of texts and reference books, e-books, e-journals and various multimedia resources.
