The College Male students are having separate Hostels with attached kitchens and Dining Halls. There is a separate Air-conditioned Hostel to accommodate NRI students. All the Hostels are having 24 hours water supply and Electricity. The food prepared in the kitchens is wholesome and tasty. A wide range of cuisine is available.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The College Library was spread over an area of 4000 square Mts on Four floors. The library has a collection of 19,017 books. A sufficient number of Journals in various disciplines is available ie 75 Indian Journals and 46 Foreign Journals are accommodated in the journal section of the Central Library. In addition to the Central Library, 600 online Journals have access to Dr.N.T.R UHS E-Journals (NTRMEDNET) Programme from which all the journals of choice can be accessed. The Central Library has sufficient copies of relevant books to the section libraries. The Library is fully Air-conditioned. The library also has Internet facilities with 58 Computers, CDs and Cassettes. It has Xerox facilities for staff and students. The library works throughout the year including Sundays and Public Holidays. On working days the library works round the clock. On Public holidays and Sundays Library works from 09.00 AM to 1.00 AM (Midnight). The Library consists of different sections. Textbook section, Reference section, Journal section Back volumes section, and E-Library. Back volumes of all the journals in periodic lots are bound into single individual volumes. The library provides services to Doctors of College and Hospital, students, and non-teaching staff. The Library provides separate reading facilities to Staff, Residents, and PGs as well as Undergraduate girls and boys.

The College campus is having a number of Play Grounds. A tennis court, Basketball court, Cricket stadium, and Football court are available on the campus. Indoor games and indoor gyms are also present. A modern swimming pool is also under construction.

The college has an IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The College  is having a very good auditorium with 1000 seating capacity.

The College modern 24-hour cafeteria is available on the campus near the Hospital building. A wide variety of snacks and refreshments are available in the canteen.

The College Andhra Bank is available on the campus and also Andhra Bank & Punjab National Bank ATM Counters in the premises of the campus. Besides, there are facilities for postal and courier services.

The College 40-seat college bus is available to transport the students from the classroom to the field postings and other areas. Day scholars also can avail of the bus services from home to college provided by ASRAM hospital at different intervals during the day.
