    NEET MBBS/BDS qualifying marks (2019)  for OBC student was 133-107 marks. And different colleges have different cut off according to their no. of seats, state quota, etc.

    You haven't mentioned the category you belong to. Let me tell you that the cut-offs vary every year based on certain factors. As per the last year's cutoff, one needs to score atleast  450- 460 marks to get a BAMS seat if he/ she is a general category candidate.
