Baba Kheta Nath Government Polytechnic (BKNGP), Narnaul, is a recognized institute for imparting diploma courses in various fields of engineering. The admission procedure at BKNGP aims to select meritorious students for its diploma programs. Degree wise Admission Process

Diploma Programs: BKNGP conducts six diploma programs in engineering, each for three years. A uniform admission procedure exists between these programs:

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering- The biggest program consisting of 120 seats. Admission is on the basis of merit from the score obtained in 10th standard or equivalent examination.
2. Diploma in Civil Engineering- With intake limited to 60 seats, candidates are selected based on their performance in the qualifying examination.
3. Diploma in Computer Engineering- Admission is granted to candidates based on their merit in the Secondary School Examination, which has an intake of 60 seats.
4. Diploma in Electrical Engineering- This program also has an intake of 60 students, selected through the merit-based admission process.
5. Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering- 60 seats for this course, merit list admission.
6. Diploma in Instrumentation and Control Engineering- The last 60 seats are allocated to this program on the same merit principle.

The eligibility criteria for admission to all the above-mentioned programs are similar, seeking applicants who have successfully completed their 10th standard or equivalent examination. The merit list is framed as per marks obtained during the qualifying examination, thereby providing opportunities for the best academically performing students to pursue these technical diplomas.
