The College's multi-storeyed computerized general library consists of a reading room (ground floor), a reference room, and the general stack. The third floor is the reference cum reading room and the fourth floor is the departmental stack. The specialized and ever-expanding library of Berchmans Institute of Management Studies consists of a large number of Indian and International titles on various management subjects.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has a common MBA hall,(450 seating), an airconditioned seminar hall, (120 seating), and a college auditorium(2500 seating).

First aid kits and other medical facilities are provided in the hostels.

BIMS provides ample technical facilities to the students. There is a centralized Computer lab with a ninety-node network as well as internet access. EBSCO, PROWESS, Statistical packages, Language Lab, etc.

The college ground encompasses a full-fledged basketball court, a volleyball court, and a football court meeting national standards. Tournaments of basketball, football, etc are all hosted on the ground for regular sports events.
