A Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) is one of the most sought-after courses in engineering. The field of CSE integrates computer engineering and computer science. It teaches the basics of computer programming and networking and comprise a plethora of course content. Students study programming languages, program design, computation, design and development of algorithms, computer software and hardware. Computer science engineers are involved in many aspects of computing, from the design of individual microprocessors, personal computers, and supercomputers to circuit designing and writing software that powers them.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have successfully completed Pre-University Examination / 10+2 / 12th Standard or its equivalent with minimum of 45% aggregate in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the following subjects: Chemistry/Computer Science/Electronics/Bio-technology/Biology (40% in case of Category Students).
Admission Details
For Government quota (45%) seats candidate has to pass KCET Examination conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA), Bengaluru. For Management Quota seats (30%), the candidate has to pass COMEDK examination conducted by KUPECA, Bengaluru and for remaining 25% seats the candidate can directly approach the management.
