48 MonthsBachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, Kolkata.
Eligibility Criteria
The admission to the B.Tech Degree course must have passed or appeared in 10+2 (Higher Secondary or equivalent examination) with English and with 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/PWD/OBC candidates) in Physics and Mathematics (Compulsory) along with Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biology/Technical Vocational Subjects (Engineering Drawing/Computer Science) taken together for being eligible. If at the time of admission the results of 10 + 2 (Higher Secondary or equivalent examination) are not declared, the applicant has to give an undertaking that if he/she fails to pass the examination, he/she will withdraw his/her name from the Institution.
Admission Details
Admission to any course will be made on the basis of the merit list from the Joint Entrance Examination(JEE) for Engineering to be conducted by the West Bengal Board of examination for admission to Engineering Degree Colleges or through the merit list of Jee main conducted by the Central Board of Higher Secondary Examination.
