Your question is really confusing and unable to understand what you want to say. If you are not able to get an admission in first counselling then you can move for further counselling rounds. You will get a college for sure in the coming rounds.
Fee structure depends in which college you want to join. In general it will be 1lakh per annum but it will be high or low for different colleges and universities.
I didn't understand the part about editing. What to edit. There is nothing to edit. It will go as per the details you have provided and the score you secured and the rank given to you. Based on this only you will get an admission. You can't change anything in middle. If you won't get selected then you have to start everything from the start which will cost you a year. So look for a good college and get an admission.
