I m studying computer application because I think there is a good career in this but I was wrong . Faculties are not that much educated even some don't have PhD certificates. May or may not be it makes me job ready
College Infra
Infrastructure is not good , fews days back NAAC rejected to give A++ certificate due bad Infrastructure. There is no wifi in classroom . No, the living space is not clean and but cateen is hygience .
Campus Life
Yeh, It is good as I make new friends from different parts of India .
Placements
Placements cell is not supportive to everyone. It usually show 100 % placement but its fake placement given to students. They provide internships in their own lab . Some even don't get it . Average is like 7lakhs
Value For Money
My course cost( tution fees + uniform + project + others) is around 250000. I Don't feel value for money but it also depend on my skills

My cutoff is 174 . I wanna pursue CSE . Can I get seat in CIT or Rajalakshmi engineering college.
With a cutoff score of 174, securing a CSE seat at either Rajalakshmi Engineering College (REC) or Coimbatore Institute of Technology (CIT) is likely possible, but it depends on the specific TNEA rank and the year you are applying. CIT offers more competitive cutoff ranks for CSE, especially during the last round of admissions. REC also has a competitive CSE program, but its closing rank in 2024 was around 6193 for the general AI category. You should check the official TNEA cutoffs for the specific year and category for a more accurate assessment.

what is the date and time of the cit entrance exam

I have 158 cutoff in 12 th grade. Is there any chances for me to get admission in cit forb.tech ai and ds.and my total mark is 518

With a 12th grade cutoff of 158 and total marks of 518 your chances of getting admission into CIT for B.tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science depend on a few factors:-
1.Cutoff Trends :-CIT is one of the Top college in Tamil Nadu under Anna University counselling. The AI and DS branches have generally higher cutoffs often above 180+ for OC category
2.Admission chances vary depending on your reservation category like OC, ST, SC, BC) candidates with reserved categories have lower cutoff requirements
3.Since AI and DS is a trending branch demand is very high and closing cutoffs are usually higher compared to traditional branches.
4.In earlier rounds , cutoffs remain high , but in later rounds some chances may open up if seats remain.
5.With 158 cutoff it might be difficult to secure AI and DS at CIT through general counselling. However you can explore other reputed colleges with similar branches where cutoffs may be closer to your score.
