Applications must be submitted on the required form and include all original papers to the principal's office prior to the commencement of the session. According to government laws and regulations, this is the deadline for receiving forms. The needed documents are as follows:

• Matriculation certificates, +1/+2 Higher Secondary certificates, or previous examination results.
• A letter of recommendation( character certificate) from the head of the last institution you attended.
• Migration Certificates, as well as a detailed marks sheet.
• If needed, attested copies of the SC/BC/ST-Certificate from the Executive Magistrate.
• Any other papers' copies (Qualification, Sports, Cultural activities etc.)
• A total of eight passport-size photos are required.
• Certificate of residence.
• The application can be delivered via registered mail or dropped off at the college reception. Applications that are incomplete or received late will not be accepted.

Aspirant as per your query I can see that you have asked for the last date of submitting the B.sc nursing form.Candidate the online registration for B.Sc. Nursing 2020 has ended. The last date for online registration was December 02, 2019 .The application fee of the exam was 750 rupees.

As I can also see that you have also asked for the fees of this course.So, here I would like to add that B.sc nursing course duration is for 4 years and the course fee is approximately between 30,000 - 3,00,000 .
