Campus was small but the way it was architectured was amazing. Every single space was used for some reason. Campus has it's own ground, gym and all the necessary things to have in a college campus. Best part was the place under a tree whee all the memories were made❤️
According to the list of best colleges DCAC is among top 10 DU Colleges. So you can think of the level of professors and the way or their teaching was very high. the way professors teach there already define it to be best m
If i say 75-80% was the successful placement rate I'm no wrong. Yes you've heard right if you've sitting in the placements you'll definitely get a job if you're eligible for that. Placements are the one of the major reasons which made DCAC a top ranked college in India.
If you get admission in DCAC what else you need? I don't think so that you can find any better college to study also at very lowest fees. If your luck is with you go and grab the opportunity to study in DCAC. You'll be blessed if you get a chance.
The best part of DCAC is it's location. It's near by Sarojini market and that makes it more popular for the location. College is the best life in the entire life you'll ever be able to live and getting DCAC college makes you more lucky and privileged to live that life.
If you have got admission in DCAC trust me friend nothing is better than this just go and live the most precious time of your life you'll miss this in your whole life ❤️
The infrastructure of our college is good but not as other DU colleges in Delhi, lacking in some aspects. The college's campus is spread over a small area with less spacious lawns, so to say. The WiFi facility is available but we experience poor connectivity. The smart classes, though having been installed 6 years back, are not functional; canteen food is not hygienic. But, the classes and labs are well-equipped and there are gym and sports' facilities available inside the campus.
The teachers are well-qualified and experienced, who never cease to support their students and help as the need be. I am pursuing B.com (H) which has great faculty and updated curriculum. The smart boards are not functional but the teachers try to inculcate the practicality through experiments in labs. The students have several job opportunities, and hence the course makes the students job ready, but not every course has a similar case.
The placements are prejudiced towards some departments like commerce and economics. Though all the students, even from the arts' courses, are allowed to apply for the jobs, but naturally they do not possess the requisite skills for most of the roles offered. The average package is very less and not all the big companies visit the campus. There is a placement cell looking into the matter for jobs and internships making the college highly supportive, but nonetheless, the rate hired students is less.
DCAC is all the money's worth as my tuition fee for a year was not like those private colleges. Also, due to no DUSU affiliation, there are no political issues in the college like protests and demonstrations, chaos during elections etc, making DCAC an independent institution. But, the academics and even the college does not guarantee a job which poses a greater problem, especially for job-oriented students like me.
The campus is extremely small but the facilities provided kind of overshadow that very fact. The college is located in Moti Bagh, and therefore provides good places like Delhi Haat and India gate to hang out. The college has many actively working societies like the dance and the dramatics societies as extra-curricular activities. Besides, there are MUN society, quiz society and photography society. The crowd is diverse and overall the college has been a pleasant memory.
The people ho are job-oriented will have a disappointing experience as the amount of money invested is not always repaid with an assurance of a sound job according to the current scenario in any field. But, otherwise, DCAC is an good place to be, rather than spending extravagantly in any private college.
The infrastructure of our college is the only area where DCAC lacks,it doesn't have a huge campus but so is the case with other DU colleges. College has great well stocked library. the canteen is not much resoureful and menu is limited but the food is delicious. we also have gym facility inside campus. Wifi facility is avaliable as well. The classrooms are well equipped with modern teaching equioments like projectors etc.
The teahers are very well qualified and also quite approachable and helpful. They are always ready to devote extra time to clear doubts. So qualityof teaching here is commendable. The curriculum prescribed by Delhi university is also up to date and makes students industry ready.
The college has a placement cell which is very much active round rhe year. Every year a large number of students from commerce department get good placement with average package of 4LPA. Internship are also offered to students by placement cell. Major recruiters include E&Y, ZEE, Focus TV L&T .
Without a doubt DCAC is money's worth.
The college is located in inner parts of the city. DCAC has a good crowd. All departments have fest . College fest is worth witessing.
The facilities provided by DCAC are quite good. There are proper computer labs, auditorium, library, canteen etc. The campus is not very big but is enabled by Wifi. Sports ground has a basketball and badminton court. College doesnot provide hostel facility but many pg are available in the area.
Faculty is average. Not many teacher have conpleted there PH.D. Faculty are a little experienced. Curriculum of B.com(H) is a semester based system. Curriculum is industry oriented. Also there are electives from different domains to choose from, other than core subjects.
placement are pretty decent 75%+ of batch gets placement ofder by end of 3 year.Major recruiter like KPMG, EY, PWC also come to the campus. Average package offered remains between 3-4 lakh. A internship fair is also organized by the placement cell.
Yes it is worth the money you will pay as fees.
Hey Aspirant ,Delhi College of Arts and Commerce is a better option. Review says that dcac has better faculty than dac.DCAC ranks amongst the top 10 commerce colleges of DU and it's coed. But it is an off campus college and may not be able to provide you with all
