Diploma in Civil Engineering: This course has a sanctioned intake of 60 students. The admission process is through an admission test, after which an interview is conducted. The branch is chosen based on the merit of the admission test during the interview.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering: Like the Civil Engineering program, this course also takes 60 students. Admission involves an admission test and an interview, with branch allocation by the performance of the candidate in the admission test.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: This course also has 60 seats available. The admission process is the same as for the other diploma courses, and the applicants are chosen on the basis of their performance in the admission test and the interview.
For all of the diploma courses, the institute specifies that the polytechnic and engineering branch selection will be made on the basis of merit obtained from the admission test at the time of the interview. This puts students into programs of their aptitude and performance.
