Hello..!!
Since the expected cut off is 35.25 for backward category, I am afraid that you may not even qualify for the examination. But even if you qualify it seems difficult for you to get admission this year. So, please try next year.

Hey !Getting galgotia or KIET in further rounds does not depend upon which college you get in first round. It only depends upon your rank , preferred branch and your category. And as i can see , you have mentioned none of these things. So on the basis of information you have mebtioned , it is hard for me to tell the name of college you can get in further rounds. You can check the previous year UPSEE cutoffs by following the given link:

Hello Apoorva,
The 85% state quota means that 85% of the seats available in the respective institutes are reserved for the students having state domicile only, i.e students living in the state in which the institute is, the rest 15% AIQ(all india quota) means that student from anywhere in the country can apply for those 15% of seats.
Hope this helps.

The institute is one among 14 colleges selected for receiving the World Bank assistance under Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme(TEQIP) through government of India. Also Medical Electronics is really a good branch to study here as it is prestigious and also was established in 1999. The scope is also good and maintained it's ranking overall.
