You can get ECE in Dr. Ambedkar college. I am not sure about CSE. I can be quite sure about ECE. however, keep searching for alternative options aswell. I am considering second round. Maybe if you wait for second round extended then you might get a better college.

Hope you are doing well. When the choice entry link is made available to you, you need to login to the choice entry portal, where you can find the 4 choices. If you wish to take admission in the allotted college then click on choice 1. There will be a link to download the challan for tuition fees. You need to pay the fees in the bank and login after about 2 hours. The admission order link will be made available only after payment of fees. Download and take a printout of admission order, sign on it wherever necessary and carry it to the allotted college for admission. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.

Hope you are doing well. During choice entry, the choice 2 states that you can hold this seat and try for round 2. If you get better seats in round 2, this seat will be given to someone else. Otherwise this seat will remain in your favor. If you select choice 3, that means you are not satisfied with the allotted seat and wants to give away this seat and move for round 2. In this case, you will loose this seat and new options will be available to you. So if you want this seat and also try your luck for better seats, I would suggest you to select choice 2. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.

Hope you are doing well. K L E Dr. M S Sheshagiri College of Engineering and Technology is one of the best institutions in Belgaum. Even it has a decent placement opportunities and learning environment is also good. If you want to join this college through K-CET, then you need to select the choice 1 during choice entry. After selecting choice 1, you need to download the challan of fees, which you need to pay in the respective bank. After some time of payment of fees, admission order link is made available which you need to download and take a printout, sign on it and produce the same during admissions in the college. Yes Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology is a good college to join. It has great infrastructure and has excellent facilities. Location wise also the college is amazing. It is affiliated to IPU. Placements are okay too.

at AITH,kanpur cutoff rank for CSE branch is 14668-18376 for SC category and for IT branch the cutoff rank is :- 20822-21875. If your categorical rank is within the range then you can apply for AITH for counselling. For Bhimrao Ambedkar Engineering college of information technology there is no such cutoff provided. If you qualify the exam then you can apply and there is reservation for SC and ST category in the college. For SC it is 21% of total seats. for IT the cutoff is :- 3187.
You can apply for both the colleges and can get CSE for sure.
