The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The College has provided the facility of a well-furnished gymnasium in a 1645 sq. ft. area to ensure the physical fitness of students as well as faculty.

• Separate trainer is appointed who takes care of all gymnasium activities.

• The gymnasium includes 9 gym stations, flat benches, inclined benches, Exercise cycles, dumbbells, barbells, a pull-up bar, a power pack, a bench, a treadmill, cycle.

• A green gym has been installed at the main ground and all these are used by students and staff to enhance their fitness and health while simultaneously improving the outdoor environment.

• This modern gym is enabling students and staff to remain fit who would not normally attend a conventional gym or sports center.

The college has Central Library is spacious, air-conditioned, well equipped with books and up-to-date periodicals which form the backbone of our institution. The library stocks over 18,000 books and numerous national & international journals. There are separate departmental libraries in each department having 100-200 books. With a dedicated staff and budget, the library satisfies the needs of both faculty and students in terms of content & environment for gaining knowledge. • The College has playgrounds and running tracks for various sports activities like cricket, kabaddi, kho-kho, volleyball, football, long jump etc. For indoor games, there are facilities for table tennis, carom and chess.
• A qualified physical education instructor (Physical Director) is appointed to look after the sports activities and to ensure the physical fitness of students.
• Every year students participate in various sports activities at the Institute, Zonal, Inter-zonal, and Inter-university levels.
• Sports festivals, competitions, and friendly matches are organized for students and faculties throughout the year.
• VPMC Art Circle (Cultural Club) provides opportunities in music, dance, singing, poster, and movie making, art and craft activities, etc. to promote extra-curricular talent.
•  The institute also gives opportunities for outdoor activities like nature trips, trekking, and cycling.

Patients and their relatives are provided free transport by battery-operated vehicle to and fro for bust stops on National Highway.

Teaching & non-teaching staff also utilize transport facilities provided by the institute on a routine basis.

The College has Alumni Association is registered and holds regular meetings to plan its involvement and developmental activities with the support of the college during the last five years.

The alumni association of MVP’s Dr. Vasantrao Pawar Medical College, hospital, and research center is registered with Assistant Charity Commissioner Nashik (dated 11/09/2020) . This association contributes to the overall development of the Institute in the fields of Academics, research, and guidance.
