Gayathri Institute of Technology and Sciences provides four B.Tech courses: Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Civil Engineering. Each course has 30 seats for intake. The candidate's performance in TS EAMCET is considered for admission to the courses. The eligibility is usually passing 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as principal subjects.

The institute is running four diploma courses: Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, and Civil Engineering.
