GIET Polytechnic Diploma Admission Process
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: This course has the largest intake with 150 seats. The candidate's performance in the entrance examination and any state-level entrance examination, if required, is considered for admission.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering: With 120 seats, this course is the second-largest in terms of intake. GIET Polytechnic admission is as per academic performance and entrance test marks.
Diploma in Civil Engineering: This programme offers 60 seats. Candidates are selected based on their academic records and performance in relevant entrance examinations.
Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering: The institute has 30 seats for this programme. Admission is granted based on merit, considering the candidate's performance in the 10th standard and any applicable entrance tests.
Diploma in Automobile Engineering: With 30 seats for intake, this course has the same admission standards as other diploma courses, emphasising academic marks and entrance test result.

Academics
I felt that our college is good in Academic Schedule...but the way the faculty following the schedule is not proper.Curriculum is updated and includes the recent developments in every particular fields.
College Infra
My college has average infrastructure and good facilities. College have well equipped laboratories. It have all the necessary need classrooms, libraries, sports club and college also have Transportation facility. Hostel facility is available but it is not clean and that leads to infections. Mobile phones are banned in the college and also in hostel.
Campus Life
very peaceful environment and it is safe. Its surrounding area up to 2.5 km there is no other transportation except your own vehicles and colleges bus. We participated in sports,cultural and technical activities. At the same time enjoyed spiritual functions in the temple of our college.
Placements
We have no placement cell in our college.Students will be searching out of campus. College management has to take care about bringing the placements to our college.college staff is very supportive to students.
Value For Money
our college is supportive for the students those who are poor at their background.Yearly the students may not cost much only 15500 and exame fee 600.Exam fee and tution fee are must per every semester as usual in other colleges.
