Government Engineering College Arwal admission in GEC Arwal is chiefly based on the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) that is conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB).
Government Engineering College Arwal admission in GEC Arwal is a three-point procedure:
Screening Test: An initial screening on performance by the student.
Main Examination: Candidates clearing the screening test appear for the main examination.
Counselling: Counselling of successful candidates based on the merit list obtained from the main examination.

There are six B.Tech programmes, each of four years duration offered by GEC Arwal. Government Engineering College Arwal admissions will occur through the BCECE examination. The programmes and intake capacity for each one is:

B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering – 60 seats
