Government Medical College, Kadapa Admission Process

GMC Kadapa offers admissions to various courses in Medicine and Allied Sciences. GMC Kadapa Admission will be offered to MBBS courses at the UG level, and MD and MS courses at the PG level. Government Medical College Kadapa MBBS course have duration of 5 years and 6 months. 

The Courses duration in GMC Kadapa for MD/MS is 3 years. To get GMC Kadapa admission, the candidate must meet the basic eligibility criteria and secure the required cutoff. The GMC Kadapa admission will be granted solely based on the scores obtained in the course-wise NEET examination.

Hi. The previous years cut off for both the colleges is given below.

  • Siddhartha Medical College, Vijaywada- 543 marks
  • Sri Venkateshwara Medical college - 544 marks

Both the cut offs are for general category (The cut off for reserved category is usually lower). Even though the cut offs have increased this year, you have a fairly good chance to get into any of these colleges.

Rajiv Gandhi institute of medical science Kadapa stands in a better position than government medical College Ananthapur interms of ranking , faculty etc.

So I think rims Kadapa would be a better option .
