WHEN SHOULD I APPLY FOR MEDICAL COLLEGE,THIS YEAR I HAVE APPEARED FOR NEET UG EXAM 2021 SEP 12,I AM VERY CONFUSED ABOUT ADMISSION PROCESS

Hello

After your results and ranks are announced, then the process will start. You will need to register for counselling on MCI/NTA websites. There you will need to fill up your basic details and fill up your college options. After that as per your rank you’ll be allotted a seat.

The process is simple. Just utilise this time to research about possible colleges at your rank, their peer group, academic record etc. Choosing a MBBS college is a once in a lifetime thing, so be very sure of what you are doing.

Good luck and many congratulations!

I got 570 marks and my all India rank is 35986 I got Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences Kadapa in in my first counselling I belongs to Andhra Pradesh state. may I get Siddhartha Medical College Vijayawada or Sri Venkateswara Medical College Tirupati in my second counselling.i belongs to ews.

Hi. The previous years cut off for both the colleges is given below.

  • Siddhartha Medical College, Vijaywada- 543 marks
  • Sri Venkateshwara Medical college - 544 marks

Both the cut offs are for general category (The cut off for reserved category is usually lower). Even though the cut offs have increased this year, you have a fairly good chance to get into any of these colleges.

If you want to check another preferred colleges' cut off, you can follow the link provided below:

among Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences Kadapa and Government Medical College Anantapur which is best for the PG coaching

Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing well

Rajiv Gandhi institute of medical science Kadapa stands in a better position than government medical College Ananthapur interms of ranking , faculty etc.

So I think rims Kadapa would be a better option .

Ultimately it's your choice

Hope this helps you

All the best!

cut off for rims kadapa according to category

In 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories for RIMS has been as follows:

General Category: 489
SC: 390
ST: 382
BC: 446

Now this is 2018 data and we do not have 2019 data yet. And cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So if you want a seat in this College, you should aim for 50-75 marks more than those mentioned here.
